Advocates for equitable educational opportunities, student success, family engagement, and policies that address disparities affecting schools, youth, and lifelong learning in the community.

Develops and executes fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events that generate resources to support chapter operations, programming, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Addresses complaints related to discrimination, civil rights violations, and inequitable treatment through advocacy, fact-finding, referrals, and accountability efforts

Leads voter education, civic engagement, policy advocacy, and legislative awareness efforts that empower the community to influence systems, elections, and public decision-making

Builds relationships with local organizations, faith groups, schools, businesses, and residents to strengthen collaboration, expand outreach, and coordinate community-based initiatives and events.

Oversees fundraising initiatives that sustain the chapter’s advocacy, scholarships, programs, and community impact through donor engagement, sponsorships, and signature Freedom Fund events.

Promotes health equity by addressing disparities, increasing awareness, connecting residents to resources, and supporting programs focused on prevention, wellness, and access to care.

Focuses on member recruitment, retention, engagement, and life membership growth by creating meaningful pathways for involvement, leadership, and chapter sustainability.

Celebrates and uplifts women leaders through recognition, service, mentorship, and initiatives that promote leadership development, empowerment, and community impact.
